众所周时，市面上大部分的三防胶光学检测设备无法检测图层厚度，或只能点对点的检测，这对制程的监控是不足的，特别是针对高要求的汽车电子产品。建直光电的三防胶AOI与其它解决方案的主要区别就是：我们是市场上唯一一个能做整板三防胶涂层厚度检测的解决方案，不是点到点，而是整个涂覆区域的厚度！通过对几个不同产品、不同三防胶材质的实验室切片数据对比，我们的厚度量测方案精度可以达到10%，这也足以应对量产时的厚度监测。

Linkway’s Conformal Coating AOI system is designed to perform either top/bottom or double side inspection with an FOV of 300mm x 400 mm, or optional at 420mm x 530mm. The core vision module comprises of multi-LED illuminated line scan unit as well as a patented special lens unit which generate evenly lit parallax free images for accurate analysis.

Most of the current CC AOI solution on the market cannot perform thickness inspection or can only perform limited point by point thickness inspection, which is not good enough to monitor the coating process, especially for high standard automotive electrical products. The key difference of Linkways CC AOI comparing to most of the other solutions on the market is that we are the only one on the market that can perform full board area’s thickness inspection, not point by point but 100% coverage on the coating thickness. When comparing the PCB microsection data, the variation of thickness measurement from Linkways CC AOI is within 10% which is good enough for mass production.
