Keysight E9905EL I307x系列5测试系统的体积进一步缩小, 使用尺寸更小的测试台和新型模块化电源以迎合当今大部分主流电子制造商的在线测试需求。

The Keysight E9905EL I307x Series 5 test system is designed in an innovative, smaller than ever footprint to meet the needs of most mainstream electronics manufacturers with in-circuit test requirements in a reduced size testhead while maintaining the same hardware capabilities. It also includes a new modular DUT power supply.

The transportability, Reliability and Stability (TRS) is maintained including the capability to test at low voltages that are required with today’s components and safety measures. This includes an infrastructure with more flexibility in the addition, control and connection of external electronics or instruments.

It is now possible to pump 10 A into the unit under test through the tester. The power supply can be multiplexed so that one power supply can power up to 6 different boards in a panel. Each power channel is controlled by a relay so that the unit under test is protected.

It includes an Analog Stimulus and Measurement Unit (ASRU) that can boost analog test speeds by 20%, thus increasing test efficiency and throughput of the units under test.

Fitting a trusted and flexible test system with just enough tests into an automated production line, manufacturers can also reuse their existing fixtures and reduce their cost of investment without changing platform due to space constraint on their production floor.

The test system includes the latest software 9.10p, which feature faster, more streamlined, and efficient debugging workflow in a window-based operating environment.
